1ST PRIZE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025

  • All entries must be by individuals 18 yrs or older
  • All entries must have a valid passport at the time of travel with a minimum 1 year available before expiration.
  • Winner will receive return flights from Cape Town to Bali, Indonesia including accommodation and visas.
  • Holiday duration is 7 nights and 3 days traveling time. 10 days in total.
  • The value of the giveaway is R65000 (sixty five thousand rand only)
  • Winners will be able to book anytime between March 2026 and September 2026.
  • Entries must ensure that all giveaway competition rules are followed.
  • Entries agree that a runner up will be chosen if any conditions of the giveaway cannot be fulfilled.
  • Entries agree to use travel agents of our choosing.
  • All entries must adhere to rules and regulations of the chosen travel agents.
  • Winner may extend there trip and add on additional traveler’s at there own cost.
  • Winner must agree to social media advertising at the time of announcement of winner. this includes photograph and media posting.
  • The prize is not exchangeable for cash nor is it transferrable to any other party under any circumstance by the winner.

DISCLAIMER

The Bin Rashied Group has agreed to pay for flights accommodation and visas for 2 travellers only.
All other traveling expenses are for the winners own account. e.g. shopping, dining, events and shows, general spending and travel insurance.
The Bin Rashied Group will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, medical emergencies resulting from injury or death.
The Bin Rashied Group will not be held responsible for the missing of flights due to late arrival, incarceration or any other reason resulting in the missing of flights or inability to travel.
Should any of the above not be agreed  upon, The Bin Rashied Group reserves the right to present the prize to runner up.
The Bin Rashied Group reserves the right to present the prize to runner up or anyone of our choosing should the initial winner not be able to travel due to
No travel insurance
Criminal offence
Or any other reason that The Bin Rashied Group deems unfit to travel.

  • This is not a prize, specifically because this is not a competition i.e. no individual is competing against another in a game of chance to win something.

TERMS OF GIVEAWAY

  • An individual must simply like,share and follow the advert posted on social media if that individual supports Bin Rashied or feels the advert is worthy of merit.
  • Recipient of the giveaway is selected at random from our followers using a digital randomiser.
  • The travel voucher is basically a discount, given to recipient who might enjoy a traveling, valid at a specific travel agency with specific agent only.
  • The voucher is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
  • The voucher can be used in any way offered by the travel agency not withstanding the travel agencies specific terms and conditions.
  • The travel voucher can be used for an individual or a larger group of travellers making arrangements to travel within specified time provided that recipient is part of travel arrangements.
  • The recipient must be able to accept the travel voucher and be in a position to travel within specified time frame.
  • If the travel voucher cannot be accepted the first recipient must then notify us that the another recipient must be chosen.
  • Travel voucher will only be issued once recipient is able to accept all terms and conditions.
